L’asbl PATIENTE VERTRIEDUNG désire engager sous contrat à durée indéterminée et à temps plein (40h), un infirmier diplômé. (H/F/X)
Le poste comme infirmier(ière) diplômé(e) englobe les tâches suivantes :
- assistance, orientation, support et conseils aux patients
- analyse et expertise des dossiers de plaintes
- contribution à la résolution de problèmes et des insatisfactions
- contribution au respect des droits et devoirs des bénéficiaires et prestataires des soins
- promouvoir les revendications de l’asbl
Formation et expériences requises:
- avoir une expérience professionnelle approfondie et variée dans le domaine hospitalier d'au moins 5 ans
- possédant une bonne connaissance du système de santé luxembourgeois et de ses acteurs
- une expérience en matière de gestion de doléances est considérée comme un atout
Compétences requises:
- capacité de travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe
- facilités d'expression et bonnes capacités de rédaction
- compétences en médiation
- langues exigées: luxembourgeois, français, allemand, anglais. Toute autre langue est considérée comme un atout
