During these two years marked by the coronavirus pandemic, health measures adopted by the Government have been adjusted many times, each time taking into account the evolution of the sanitary situation.

In such a rapidly evolving context, it is not easy for a citizen to find their way around their rights, duties and administrative formalities.

Many insureds have contacted the National Health Fund (CNS) over the past two years to submit a request for family leave (COVID-19) or a quarantine or isolation order.

The Patiente Vertriedung Asbl, in collaboration with scientists, designed a form, where you can report vaccination side effects that can appear after getting the Covid-19 Vaccin.

The Patiente Vertriedung Asbl will forward these cases to the ministry of health.

Stand der Dinge heute, spricht sich die Patiente Vertriedung asbl mit aller Deutlichkeit gegen eine sektorielle oder universelle Impfpflicht aus.

Zu viele Fragen sind noch offen beziehungsweise ungeklärt.

Diese Stellungnahme wurde nach einer demokratisch geführten Diskussion von den Mitgliedern des Verwaltungsrates der Patiente Vertriedung asbl majoritär angenommen. Diese Stellungnahme bezieht sich auf die Patientenrechte, arbeitsrechtliche Aspekte werden in der Stellungnahme nicht berücksichtigt.
