Communiqué de Presse : Tests de COVID-19 pour visites médicales

Récemment la Patiente Vertriedung asbl est sollicité de plus en plus par des patients qui doivent avoir un test de COVID-19 négatif avant de pouvoir consulter un médecin.

Sur notre demande auprès du ministère de la Santé, nous avons été informés, que ni le ministère de la Santé, ni la direction de la Santé ont publié une instruction aux docteurs qui leur permettrait de refuser de voir des patients sans un résultat négatif d’un test de COVID-19.

Assistance juridique gratuite une fois par mois

Depuis le mois de février 2019, la Patiente Vertriedung ASBL, offre un conseil juridique gratuit à ses membres une fois par mois.

La durée maximale par rendez-vous est de 30 minutes. Vous pouvez demander un rendez-vous par e-mail au info@patientevertriedung.lu ou au 4914571.

Information about the refund by cheque from the CNS

You may continue to receive a CNS reimbursement by cheque and cash it at a POST office. The decision to end cheque transactions as of 1 October 2020, recently announced by the POST, affects only POST cheques.

Le Minstère de la Sécurité Social a annoncé hier un changement pour les parents qui se voient confrontés avec un enfant mis en quarantaine ou isolement à cause de la pandemie actuelle.
