Update – Leave for family reasons in connection with the coronavirus epidemic

In the context of the measures adopted by the Government to contain the spread of the coronavirus, a specific form has been drawn up for those parents who have to look after their child(ren) under 13 years of age, so that they will be able to benefit from leave for family reasons.

A new form is now available. The form must be completed and sent to the employer and to the CNS as of 30 March even if a previous form has already been sent.

Leave for family reasons may be taken by a parent of such a child if no other childcare options are available.

Advanced care centers

Des Centre de soins avancés ( CSA ) ont été ouvert pour affronter et anticiper au mieux la gestion quotidienne de l’afflux des patients.

Les CSA ont été ouverts avec des lignes de consultation variables, en fonction des nécessités sanitaires propres à chaque secteur. Le nombre de ces lignes de consultation pourra être augmenté si nécessaire. Un CSA, dans la configuration de départ, peut permettre de faire consulter jusqu’à huit médecins en parallèle.

Ouverture chaque jour de 8h00 à 20h00 dans une première phase, week-end compris.

Au besoin, il est prévu d’étendre les horaires d’ouverture selon les besoins.

La consultation dans un CSA n'est pas payante: le patient devra se munir de sa carte CNS et d’une pièce d'identité.

Assistance juridique gratuite annulée pour le mois d'avril et de mai

Le conseil juridique gratuit à nos membres doit être annulé pour le mois d'avril ainsi que le mois de mai.

Cette mesure est prise par précaution et conformément aux recommandations du Ministère de la Santé relatives au virus COVID-19 ( Corona ).

eConsult has been operational since Thursday March 26, 2020.

New acts for teleconsultation in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic

In order to take account of the latest measures taken in the fight against the coronavirus "COVID-19", in particular in the field of public health, new acts for teleconsultation will be introduced in various nomenclatures, including the establishment of medical prescriptions or certificates of incapacity for work.
