In Bezug auf die Einführung des Zertifikats für Sonderurlaub aus familiären Gründen, wurde der Patiente Vertriedung asbl  von einigen Patienten herangetragen, dass es im Bereich der Pflegeversicherung und hier insbesondere in Bezug auf die Pflegeperson (aidant informel) keine Regelung im Hinblick auf die Beanspruchung des Sonderurlaubs aus familiären Gründen gibt.

Ähnlich verhält es sich auch im Bereich der behinderten Personen. So haben viele Eltern, welche bis dato auf eine Tagesstätte zurückgreifen konnten, bei «Kindern» welche das 13. Lebensjahr überschritten haben, nicht die Möglichkeit auf den Sonderurlaub aus familiären Gründen zurückzugreifen. Gerade jedoch behinderte Kinder verlangen eine intensive und massgeschneiderte Betreuung.

Wir wären Ihnen aus diesem Grund verbunden, wenn Sie in diesen beiden Bereichen schnellstmöglich eine offizielle Bestimmung erlassen könnten, dass sowohl die Pflegeperson (aidant informel) als auch Eltern behinderter Kinder, welche älter als 13 Jahre sind, auf die Möglichkeit des Sonderurlaubes aus familiären Gründen zurückgreifen könnten.

Medical examinations with the CMSS

Medical examinations with the Medical Board of the Social Security (Contrôle médical de la sécurité sociale CMSS) are cancelled up to March 31. A written confirmation will be sent to the insured persons as soon as possible.

Special and exceptional leave for family reasons

In the context of the measures adopted by the Government to contain the spread of the coronavirus, a specific form has been drawn up for those parents who have to look after their child(ren) under 13 years old, so that they will be able to benefit from leave for family reasons

Insured persons who have a planned treatment abroad that has to be postponed are requested to inform us of the new date by e-mail to tae.cns@secu.lu. We will then send you a new coverage certificate by post.
