Depuis le 9 août 2024, la société Alcon a lancé une Action Corrective de Sécurité sur le terrain pour certains lots de lentilles de contact journalières DAILIES TOTAL1® et mensuelles TOTAL30®, y compris les modèles de lentilles multifocales et pour astigmates.

Les lots impactés ont été fabriqués avec un solvant contenant une substance inattendue qui reste présente dans les lentilles de contact prêtes à l'emploi. Ces produits non conformes ne peuvent donc plus être utilisés et leur distribution est suspendue.

En principe, les lentilles de contact des lots identifiés ne devraient pas présenter un risque accru pour votre santé. Cependant, il existe une faible probabilité que le port d'une lentille provenant des lots concernés puisse entraîner des problèmes temporaires tels que des irritations, des rougeurs ou une vision floue. Ces symptômes disparaissent généralement après le retrait et/ou le remplacement de la lentille (comme indiqué dans la notice d’utilisation).

When does the Broschtkriibslaf take place?

The race will take place on Saturday, October 5 in the beautiful and green Parc de Hesperange and the surroundings streets of Fentange.

The starting signal will be given at 10:00 am in the park near the Joseph Altmann Center in Hesperange.

The PID (Paiement Immédiat Direct) was launched last year. Acceptance and deployment by doctors remains limited to this day.

We would have preferred the implementation of a generalized third-party payment as it has been functional for years at the level of physiotherapists and pharmacies.

Doctors, dentists and labs can finally use since March 19, 2024 a good number of the acts included in the respective nomenclatures.

A list of doctors offering the PID unfortunately still does not exist.

We would like to inform you about recent developments regarding the new appointment system at the Caisse Nationale de Santé (CNS). In response to our letter addressed to the Minister of Social Security and Health, we received a reply detailing the measures implemented to improve access to CNS services.

We are positively encouraged by the CNS's initiative to introduce a telephone appointment system in addition to the online system. This represents a significant advancement in facilitating access to services for insured persons who encounter difficulties using the Internet. We also commend the CNS's efforts to implement various organizational, technical, and human measures to reduce appointment waiting times.

Following requests from patients regarding the quality of medical cannabis, the Patiente Vertriedung Asbl contacted the Health Directorate to find out the current state of quality.
